Ajay Kumar, operator of the shop, said that it is made with pure Chenna and Khoa milk. Then chenna and khoya should be mixed well. Then it is fried well in refined oil. Then make small balls and leave them with sugar syrup for 3 to 4 hours. After this people are served.

All the pure and high quality ingredients are used here, due to which people are loving the taste of our sweets. People love all kinds of sweets but black jamun is the most demanded here. He also said that rasgulla is available here at 12 taka and 300 taka per piece, rose jamun at 15 taka per kg and 350 taka, cashew barfi at 20 taka per kg and 800 taka, motichur laddu at 10 taka. Pieces and Rs 220 per kg, Kalakand is available at Rs 20 per piece and Rs 450 per kg. In our place, about 50 liters of milk is consumed daily for making sweets. Also available here are cakes, pastries, namkeen, veg chow mein, veg chilli, cold drinks etc. The shop is open from 8 am to 9 pm.
