CM Hemant Soren went to HC against ED summons, failed to appear even fourth time

Ranchi. Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren did not reach the ED office on Saturday despite his fourth summons. In fact, Hemant Soren has appealed to the Jharkhand High Court against the ED’s summons. In the petition, Hemant Soren urged the court to stop its intervention and cruel actions in the matter. During the hearing in the Supreme Court, Additional Solicitor General SV Raju, appearing for the ED, asked Hemant Soren to refrain from raising questions on Sections 50 and 63 of the Money Laundering Act.
