In fact, the glycemic index of potatoes is between 70 and 90, which is very high. It contains a lot of carbohydrates, which are effective in raising blood sugar. 100 grams of potatoes contain 30 grams of carbohydrates and 2 grams of fiber, which raise blood sugar quickly.
Vegetable Juice: According to experts, consumption of vegetable juice should be avoided in diabetes. Carrot juice though. Let us tell you that drinking carrot juice increases the blood sugar level quickly. Because these juices lack fiber, consuming them will cause your blood sugar to rise quickly.
