In fact, the Multiplex Association of India i.e. MAI on Thursday announced that National Cinema Day will be celebrated on October 13 this year. MAI has announced that on October 13, film buffs will be able to watch the film in theaters across the country for just Rs 99 per person.

A statement issued by MAI said that over 4,000 screens across the country including PVR, INOX, Cinepolls, Mirage and Delight have joined hands to participate in the National Cinema Day celebrations.

According to the statement, “On this special occasion, people of all ages will be able to enjoy cinema for a day and celebrate the films that have succeeded at the box office this year.” “A sincere thanks to all the fans who contributed to this success and an open invitation to those who have yet to visit the theater,” the association said.
National Film Day was celebrated on September 23 last year.
According to MAI, film buffs can watch any film show for Rs 99 on October 13, excluding recliner and premium formats. Let us tell you that National Film Day was celebrated on 23rd September last year and 65 lakh people watched the film in theaters across the country in one day.
