Paneer, Parwal, Carrot, Vines, Banana, Cabbage, Tomato, Chickpeas and other ingredients are used in making Mix Veg. It takes about 15 minutes to make. It is said that to make it, cumin seeds must first be added to the oil. It is then fried with onions, garlic and ginger. Then add kashmiri chili, garam masala garam, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chili powder and fry. Then mix all the vegetables with Kasturi Methi. Then it is cooked till it boils. Mix veg is ready in about 15 minutes. It is then served on a plate and topped with cheese, which enhances its taste.

During the conversation, the artisan Manu Kumar Paswan said that mixed vegetables are prepared from about 10 items at our place. Here mixed veg gravy is made dry not dry. As a result, people love it. Here, the mix veg half plate costs Rs 70 and the full plate costs Rs 140. Two to three people can easily eat a plate of mixed veg, because if the taste is good, people demand more. As a result people are loving the mixed veg here so much that they come here every day. 250 plates of mixed vegetables are sold.
