Trial run of Patna-Howrah Bandh Bharat Express completed, Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate tomorrow

Patna. The trial run of the Patna-Howrah Vande Bharat Express, which will begin between Patna and Howrah, ended on Saturday. As per available information, train number 22348 Patna-Howrah Bande Bharat Express departs from Patna at 8 AM and then returns to Patna from Jamui at 1 PM. That means Patna-Howrah Bandh Bharat Express covers Patna to Jamui up-down distance in 5 hours.

Let us tell you, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off 9 Bande Bharat trains simultaneously for Patna-Howrah Bande India and other states on Sunday. Almost all preparations for this have been completed. India’s successful trial run at Patna Howrah was conducted today. The train departs from Patna Junction for Jamui at the scheduled time of 8 AM. Patna-Howrah Band India leaves Patna at 8 am and then reaches Jammu at 10:30 am. Then this train returns to Patna at 1 p.m.

Meanwhile ECR AGM was present in the train with his team. He kept track of every point including the speed of the train during the entire trial run. Let us tell you, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch the operation of total 09 Bande Bharat trains including Patna-Howrah Bande Bharat train on 24 September through video conference. Let us tell you that Patna-Howrah Bande Bharat train is the second Bande Bharat train in Bihar state. The Patna-Howrah Vande Bharat train will cover a distance of about 532 km between Patna and Howrah in 06 hours 30 minutes, which is about 01 hours 30 minutes less travel time than the existing fast trains on this rail section.

This train will run from Patna and Howrah 6 days a week except Wednesday. This train has executive class and chair car. The fare is fixed at Rs 2300 for executive class and Rs 1200 for chair car. Catering service charges are also not included. After one to two days of inauguration, common people will also be able to travel in this luxury train. Preparations for the inauguration of the train are underway.
