Bihar: Father-son killed in Bhojpur, police encounter with fugitive criminals, three gunmen arrested

The entire matter is related to Raghunipur village in Udwantnagar police station area, where a father and son were fired upon in quick succession while harvesting crops in the field.

A father and son died in an exchange of fire in Raghunipur of Udvantnagar police station area. After getting information about the incident, the Udvantnagar police reached the spot and recovered the body and sent it to Sadar Hospital morgue for post-mortem. After this incident, the police swung into action and surrounded the area to arrest the accused. At that time, there was a clash between the police and the criminals in Udwantnagar’s Belaur, which is still going on.

In the clash between the police and the criminals, the police surrounded the criminals who had killed and escaped. At that time, two criminals were shot and three people were arrested by the police. Ramadhar Yadav and his son Mukesh Yadav are among those killed in Tuesday’s double murder. These people were already having land disputes with their Patidars. There was a dispute between two Patidars for the last few years over only two katas of land.

Ramdhar Yadav was in jail after being convicted in the same case but was out on bail and went to harvest on Tuesday, when the father and son were shot dead while carrying out the incident. After the incident, the police from different police stations reached the spot and said about the incident, Assistant Superintendent of Police Dhinha Kumar said that the father and son were killed due to a land dispute and this dispute has been going on for many years. Even today the father and son were shot dead and the police are investigating the whole matter.
