According to the investigating officer, Daniel Mir Bahar, son of retired Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Nazir Ahmed Mirbahar, had invited Ali Kerio, son of Karachi Sessions Judge Javed Kerio, and his girlfriend Shazia. Ali Carey’s brother was also present at the scene.

Daniyal ordered two ginger burgers for himself and Shazia, but Ali reportedly ate half of one burger. Daniyal gets so angry with his friend that he takes his guard’s rifle and shoots Ali. He died on the way to the hospital.

The officer investigating the case said that Daniyal did not like Ali to touch his burger without asking. He believed he ordered the burgers for himself and his girlfriend. The accused has been arrested and is in jail pending trial.
