Govt Jobs Bharti 2023: Important Alert for Candidates Looking for Govt Jobs National Fertilizers Limited, one of the Mini Ratna PSUs of the Government of India has recruited. NFL Management has invited applications for various posts of Trainee. Total 74 posts are vacant. These include 60 posts of Management Trainee Marketing, 10 posts of Management Trainee F&A and 4 posts of Management Trainee Law.

As per published notification, candidates have to submit online application for the posts. Under this, you have to register and fill the application form. Then the photo, signature and necessary documents have to be uploaded. Then the fee has to be submitted online. Note that the application process starts from November 2. Last date will be 1st December.

Candidates applying for the post of Management Trainee Marketing should have 2 years full time MBA/PGDM/PGDBM degree in Marketing or any other discipline. Whereas for the post of Management Trainee F&A one has to pass final examination of CA or ICWA or CMA along with graduation. Whereas for the post of Management Trainee Law one should have full time Bachelor degree in Law or 5 years integrated LLB degree. Also, the age limit for all posts has been fixed at 18 to 27 years.

selection process
Under recruitment, final selection will be done through written test and interview. Test will be based on OMR seats in offline mode. 80 percent weightage will be given to the written test and 20 percent weightage to the interview in the final selection. After recruitment, candidates will be offered a pay scale of Rs 40,000 to Rs 1,40,000.
