Bad news! This Google app will be closed from April 2, the company transferred your data immediately!

Google has not one or two but many products, and one of them, Google Podcasts, was recently launched by the company. But it seems like it’s over before it started. Podcasts are popular across platforms and for Google, and perhaps Google thinks it doesn’t need a separate app So, Google’s podcast app service is shutting down from April 2.

But the company isn’t shutting down the podcast segment entirely, and YouTube will be the platform of choice for music podcasts as the company prepares to invest all its resources into one app instead of two.

Google said it was shutting down the app in September last year, so it’s not like people haven’t been given enough time to make the switch.

Google is essentially asking people to pay for the YouTube Music service if they want to access podcasts starting April 2, which is a definite concern for many who have invested in the platform and are willing to give up their data.

Google is only offering the feature and service switching to its people in the US, and there’s no word on what will happen to others using the podcast app outside of the region.

How to transfer Google Podcasts to other apps:-
First, go to the Google Podcasts app.
After that click on Export Subscription option.
Now export music to YouTube by tapping on the export button given below.
Now select Transfer in the Youtube Music app.
Now click on Continue.
