The Azamgarh youth was also referred to Varanasi. Shockingly, the victims are not known to the accused. The police have not yet received a complaint in this regard. As soon as the complaint was received, the police said that strict action will be taken against the known youth.

Syringes, medicines, knives and cut private parts were recovered from the scene on the instructions of the juvenile. In this whole matter CO Ghosi Ganesh Dutt Mishra said that Chandrasekhar Yadav’s son Satyam Yadav, aged 12 years, went to Ramdhan Yadav’s wedding at Devkali Bishunpur in Kopaganj police station area. In the evening, two unknown persons came, asked him about Coldring’s shop, took him to a secluded place and cut his private parts.

On receiving the information, Kopaganj police reached the spot and admitted the injured teenager to Kopaganj CHC, but if his condition was critical, he was referred to Varanasi. During interrogation, Satyam said that he did not recognize anyone. No complaint has been lodged so far by the family members, the police have registered a case under serious section on receipt of the complaint and have assured strict action.
